# Quickstart

> From sign-up to your first conversation in two minutes.

## 1. Create an account

[Sign up](/signup) with your email or Google. Every account starts with a free trial, no card needed.

## 2. Create a widget

Open **Widgets** in the dashboard and click **New widget**. Pick a color, a greeting and the
language of your visitors. The preview shows how it will look.

## 3. Paste the snippet

Copy the snippet from the widget card and put it right before `</body>` on every page:

## 4. Answer from the inbox

Open **Inbox**. New conversations show up in real time. Leave the tab open to answer live; when
you're away, you get an e-mail instead.

## 5. Invite your team

Go to **Settings → Organization → Team** and invite people by email.
