# Support page and App Store support URL

> A public page with your help articles and a chat with your team, for the Support URL of your app in the App Store, Google Play or any marketplace.

Updated 2026-10-28

Apple asks every app for a **Support URL** and a **Privacy Policy URL**. Google Play, the Chrome Web Store and most marketplaces do the same. Each widget can have a support page that covers both: your published help articles, a search, a chat with your team and your privacy policy.

It works without a website. If your app only lives in the App Store, the support page is enough.

## Turn it on

1. Open **Brands**, pick the brand for your app (or create one) and go to **Help center → Public page**.
2. Switch it on and pick an address, e.g. `support.luxivo.app/my-app`.
3. Add a heading, a short intro and a contact e-mail. App reviewers look for a way to reach you that works without the chat, so the e-mail is worth filling in.
4. Save. The address appears at the top of the section, with a button to copy it.

Paste the address into App Store Connect as the **Support URL**.

## What's on the page

- **Articles**: the published articles from **Help center** that this widget shows (shared ones and the widget's own), with a search. Each article has its own address, e.g. `support.luxivo.app/my-app/articles/reset-password`, so you can link to it from your app.
- **Contact**: `…/contact` opens the widget's chat as part of the page. Conversations land in your inbox like any other, with the AI agent if it's on for the widget. The page works even when the widget is limited to other websites.
- **Privacy policy**: pick a published article under **Privacy policy**. It's shown at `…/privacy`, a stable address for the App Store's **Privacy Policy URL**.

## Colors and logo

The page takes the widget's color and theme. Under **Help center → Public page** you can give it its own color and pick light, dark or the visitor's system setting. The logo and the name come from the brand (**Brands → your brand → Name and look**).

On the Free plan the footer shows a small "Powered by Luxivo" link. Paid plans don't.

## Your own domain

On the Pro and Business plans the page can live on your domain, e.g. `help.myapp.com`:

1. Under **Your own domain**, enter the domain and click **Connect**.
2. Add the CNAME record shown there at your DNS provider. On Cloudflare, set it to DNS only (grey cloud).
3. We check it every few minutes and issue the certificate, usually within 15 minutes. **Check again** checks right away.

The `support.luxivo.app` address keeps working, so links you already shared stay valid.

## Inside your app

Open the page in an in-app browser (`SFSafariViewController` on iOS, Custom Tabs on Android) from your app's **Help** or **Contact us** button. It is made for phone screens.
