Everything in the dashboard belongs to an organization. You can be a member of several and switch between them in Settings → Organization.
Roles
| Role | Can do |

| Owner | Everything, including deleting the organization |
| Admin | Manage the team, billing and API keys |
| Member | Answers conversations |
Audit log
Owners and admins see who changed what in Settings → Organization → Audit log.
Leaving and deleting
You can leave an organization at any time, unless you’re its only owner: transfer ownership first. Deleting an organization cancels its subscription and deletes everything in it.
