1. Create an account
Sign up with your email or Google. Every account starts with a free trial, no card needed.
2. Create a widget
Open Widgets in the dashboard and click New widget. Pick a color, a greeting and the language of your visitors. The preview shows how it will look.
3. Paste the snippet
Copy the snippet from the widget card and put it right before </body> on every page:

4. Answer from the inbox
Open Inbox. New conversations show up in real time. Leave the tab open to answer live; when you’re away, you get an e-mail instead.
5. Invite your team
Go to Settings → Organization → Team and invite people by email.
