Brands

One brand per website, shop or app, each with its chat, support page, forms and newsletter. Switch between them, and pick who works on which.

A brand is something you support: a website, a shop or a mobile app. Everything visitors see belongs to one:

  • the chat widget on its website,
  • its support page (your App Store support URL),
  • its contact forms and newsletter lists,
  • its help articles and what its AI knows,
  • how its e-mails look.

With one brand there’s nothing to manage: the panel reads as it always has. The rest of this page is for teams with two or more.

Name and look

Each brand has a name, a language, its websites, a logo and colors under Brands → your brand → Name and look. The chat, the support page and e-mails all use them. The chat’s appearance, the support page and e-mails can still give themselves their own color.

Where each channel is set up

A brand is the context, its channels are what you set up. Brands (bottom of the sidebar) holds the brand itself and links to its channels:

  • Chat: install code, appearance, texts, behavior, office hours, proactive messages, security and AI replies.
  • Help center: the articles, and each brand’s Public page (your support URL, custom domain and the Help tab in the chat).
  • E-mail: the inbound address, and each brand’s Look.
  • Contact forms, Knowledge and Newsletter list each brand’s items.

With two brands or more, Chat, Public page and E-mail look show a card per brand, or open straight on the brand you picked in the switcher.

Adding a brand

Brands → New brand asks what you support:

  • Website or Shop: the chat comes first, with the code to paste or a plugin.
  • Mobile app: the support page is turned on right away, at support.luxivo.app/<name>, ready to paste into App Store Connect.

Your plan sets how many brands you can have: 3 on Free and Starter, 10 on Pro, unlimited on Business.

Switching between brands

With two brands or more, a switcher sits at the top of the sidebar. Pick a brand and the whole panel follows: the inbox, visitors, reports and the overview show that brand only, and lists like contact forms, help articles and knowledge show its items plus the ones shared by all brands. All brands shows everything, grouped by brand. Opening a brand’s page picks it too.

The choice is remembered in your browser. Links with ?brand=<id> open the panel on that brand once, without changing it.

Who works on which brand

Under Settings → Team → Brands, owners and admins pick the brands each person works on. They then:

  • get e-mail, push and in-app alerts only for those brands’ unassigned conversations (assigned ones always reach the assignee),
  • open the panel on their brand when they have one.

Everyone can set their own under Settings → Notifications → Your brands.

Only these brands

Turn on Only these for a member to limit what they see to their brands: their conversations, visitors, reports and live updates, in the panel and through connected AI apps. Use it for a contractor or an agency working on one of your brands. Owners and admins always see everything, and a limited member can’t change their own brands. A change applies on their next page load.
