Connect an AI app to Luxivo and work on your support from there. Ask it which conversations are
waiting, read a chat with the visitor’s pages and history, draft an answer from your knowledge base
and send it once you’ve read it. It can also close and assign conversations, keep canned responses
up to date and write help articles. The app talks to our MCP server at https://luxivo.app/mcp.
You’ll find the URL and short setup steps in Settings → AI apps.
Claude
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors, choose Add custom connector, paste the server URL and click Connect. Sign in, pick an organization if you’re in several, and allow access.
ChatGPT
In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps → Advanced settings and turn on developer mode. Choose Create app, paste the server URL, pick OAuth, then sign in and allow access.
Claude Code, Cursor and other tools
claude mcp add --transport http luxivo https://luxivo.app/mcp
Then run /mcp in Claude Code to sign in. Tools without a sign-in flow can send an organization
API key instead, as Authorization: Bearer luxi_… (see API). With an API key the app
can read conversations and change settings, but replies and notes need a signed-in person.
Things to ask
- “Which conversations are waiting for an answer?”
- “Summarize the chat with Mia and draft a reply from our help articles.”
- “Close every conversation where the visitor said thanks and nothing else.”
- “How did our response times change this month?”
- “Turn the questions about shipping from this week into a help article draft.”
What an app can do
An app works in one organization, with your role there. It sees what you’d see and can only change data if you allowed Create, change and delete data. Replies go out under your name, and every change shows up in the audit log with the app it came through. Apps ask you before they send a reply or delete anything.
Available on the Pro and Business plans. Disconnect an app in Settings → AI apps and it loses access right away.
