Does Luxivo limit conversations?
No. Plans limit widgets and teammates, not chats. The AI agent has a per-minute rate limit so a flood can't run up costs.
What if the visitor leaves before we answer?
If they left an e-mail, your reply goes to their inbox. They can answer by e-mail or reopen the chat from a link, and it all stays in one conversation.
