Is there a live chat with an AI chatbot that isn't priced per seat?
Yes. Luxivo is priced per workspace: every plan, Free included, has unlimited teammates. Starter is €15 a month with an AI agent that answers from your knowledge base without a cap and hands over to a person. Crisp, Social Intents and Tidio are also flat per workspace but cap seats or conversations; Intercom, LiveChat and Chatwoot charge per seat or agent.
What does Luxivo cost for a team of 5?
€15 a month on Starter, the same as for 1 or 20 people. Free costs nothing, with unlimited teammates, 50 AI answers a month and a "Powered by Luxivo" badge. Prices exclude VAT; yearly billing gives two months free.
Why does per-seat pricing matter for a small business?
In a small business the owner, a part-timer and whoever is free answer chats. With per-seat pricing each of them is another monthly fee, so teams end up sharing one login or leaving people out of the inbox.
How is the AI charged on other tools?
Intercom bills its Fin agent per outcome ($0.99). Tidio sells Lyro as a separate plan. Crisp and Chatwoot include credits that run out. tawk.to sells AI Assist as an add-on. On Luxivo the AI agent is in every plan: 50 answers a month on Free, unlimited from Starter.
