Answer your live chat from Claude or ChatGPT
Luxivo is live chat with an AI agent for websites, and it has its own MCP server. Connect it to the AI app you already use and work through your inbox in plain words: what's waiting, what the visitor saw, what to answer.
What you can ask and what happens.
Which chats are waiting for an answer?
Lists open conversations where the visitor spoke last, oldest first.
Draft a reply to Mia from our help articles.
Reads the chat and the pages she viewed, searches your knowledge base and shows you the draft.
Send it.
Replies under your name, live in the widget or by e-mail if she has left.
Close every chat where the visitor only said thanks.
Goes through the open conversations and closes them. The visitor gets the rating card.
Turn this week's shipping questions into a help article.
Writes an unpublished draft that the widget's Help tab and the AI agent can use once you publish it.
How did our first response time change this month?
Reads the report: conversations, first response time, CSAT and per-agent numbers.
Connect it in three steps.
- 1. In Claude open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. In ChatGPT turn on developer mode and create an app.
- 2. Paste
https://luxivo.app/mcpand sign in to Luxivo. - 3. Pick the organization and allow reading, or reading and changing. Disconnect any time in Settings → AI apps.

Your inbox stays yours.
- The app works in one organization, with your role there. It sees what you'd see.
- Reading and changing are separate permissions. You choose when you connect.
- Replies and notes are signed with your name. Every change lands in the audit log with the app's name.
- Internal notes are marked as notes, so the app never quotes them to a visitor.
Questions about the MCP server.
What is a live chat MCP server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is how AI apps like Claude and ChatGPT use other tools. Luxivo's MCP server at https://luxivo.app/mcp lets them read your website's chats, reply, close and assign conversations, search your knowledge base and write help articles.
Which AI apps work with it?
Claude (web, desktop and Claude Code), ChatGPT with developer mode, Cursor and any other app that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth. Tools without a sign-in flow can use an organization API key.
Can the AI send a reply without me?
The apps ask before every reply or deletion, and you can see the text first. Replies go out under your name and every change is written to the audit log with the app it came through. An app only gets write access if you allow it when you connect.
Does Intercom have an MCP server?
Yes. Intercom's official server reads conversations, contacts and articles and can add internal notes, but it can't send replies to customers. Luxivo's can, after you confirm.
Which plan do I need?
Pro (€39 a month) or Business. Every account starts with a 14-day Pro trial with no card, so you can connect Claude or ChatGPT on day one.
