Is the newsletter free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 500 subscribers and 2,000 campaign e-mails a month, with a small "Sent with Luxivo" line. Starter (€15 a month) has 2,000 subscribers and 10,000 e-mails, Pro 10,000 and 50,000. Confirmation and welcome e-mails don't count.
Can I move my list from Mailchimp?
Export your audience as CSV and import it under Newsletter → Subscribers. Names and other columns come along and work as variables like {company}. People who unsubscribed or bounced before stay that way.
Which address do newsletters come from?
From your company's name at Luxivo's sending domain, with replies going to your own address. A domain used only for newsletters keeps them out of spam folders and protects your own domain's reputation.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Double opt-in is on by default, every subscriber's consent is stored (when, where and what they agreed to), each e-mail has a one-click unsubscribe, and a visitor's data export or deletion includes their subscription. Every newsletter carries your postal address, as anti-spam laws require.
Can AI write the newsletter?
Describe the topic in a sentence and the AI drafts the text from your knowledge base, leaving [placeholders] where it lacks a fact. It also suggests subject lines and rewrites any block shorter, friendlier or more formal. Connected AI apps like Claude can write drafts too. Sending always stays with you.
