Your contact form, answered from one inbox
Keep the form your website already has and send it to Luxivo. Every message becomes a conversation your team can pick up, and you answer by e-mail in your own look. When the customer replies, it lands in the same thread.
<form action="https://luxivo.app/f/fk_your_key" method="post">
<input name="name" required>
<input name="email" type="email" required>
<textarea name="message" required></textarea>

<button>Send</button>
</form>Set it up in three steps.
- 1
Create the form
In Luxivo, add a contact form and pick your website. You get an address like https://luxivo.app/f/fk_….
- 2
Point your form at it
Change the form's action, or post it with fetch. Your HTML, your styles and your fields stay as they are.
- 3
Answer from the inbox
Each message is a conversation. Reply, and the customer gets an e-mail. Their answer comes back to the same thread.
A conversation, not just a notification.
Any fields
Name, e-mail, phone and message are recognized, in English and Polish. Every other field is kept, hidden ones too, like the product or listing a message is about.
E-mails in your look
Replies come from your company with your logo, color and footer, your signature, their message quoted and files attached.
AI that writes with you
Draft a reply from the conversation, or improve, shorten, change the tone of or translate what you wrote.
Automatic reply
Thank the customer right away, with their name and answers filled in.
The right person
Send every message to an office mailbox too, or route by a field: the listing's agent, the region, the topic.
Where it came from
The page, the referrer and the utm_ campaign tags sit next to every message. Consent text is saved when the box is ticked.
Spam stays out
A hidden trap field for bots, a limit per sender, and messages only from the websites you allow.
Export and webhooks
CSV export on every plan. On Pro, a signed JSON webhook for Zapier, Make or your CRM.

Questions about contact forms.
What is a contact form backend?
A service that receives what your website's form sends, so you don't need a server for it. Luxivo goes one step further: each message becomes a conversation in a shared inbox, and you answer it by e-mail without leaving it.
Do I have to change my form's design?
No. Only the address it sends to changes. A plain HTML form works with a redirect back to your page, and a form sent with fetch gets a JSON answer, so you can show your own message.
Does it work with static sites?
Yes. Astro, Next.js, Hugo, Jekyll, Webflow embeds or a single HTML file: anything that can post a form. No server code and no keys in your HTML.
How much does it cost?
The Free plan includes 1 form with the inbox, automatic reply and CSV export, with no time limit. Starter (€15 a month) has 3 forms, Pro (€39 a month) 10 forms and webhooks. Prices are per workspace, not per person.
Where is the data stored, and is it GDPR-friendly?
Luxivo acts as your processor. You choose how long messages are kept, and you can export or delete everything about one person from the inbox. The visitor's IP address is used against spam and isn't stored with the message.
How is this different from Formspree?
Formspree and similar services e-mail you each submission, and you answer from your own mailbox. In Luxivo the message is a conversation in a shared inbox: anyone on the team can pick it up, the reply goes out in your company's look, and the customer's answer comes back to the same thread, next to your live chats.
Can I use it without the live chat?
Yes. A form only needs a website set up in Luxivo, for its allowed domains and language. You don't have to put the chat widget on the page.
